Re: Episode 00 - The Beginning
Hey guys - Great first episode. More like a short, concentrated seminar that needs to be studied, not casually listened to while "multi-tasking". (like I did at work last night). Regarding the FSF lecture you got here -- I just listened to recent Linux Outlaws and Free Linux Helpline episodes in whi...

Neuros Link review
The Feb 18 episode with Joe Born was fascinating and right in line with the general MythTV field of home media centers, user controlled entertainment etc.

MythTV month - thankyou!
Hey guys - I just wanted to thank Pat for MythTV Month. Not being a huge TV watcher I've been cruising with an old, conventional "media center" setup. Recently got a Hauppauge HVR TV card but have only used with XP MCE 2005 (not surprisingly a rather mediocre application). The Myth setup just seemed...

New HPR series - Python for beginners

I left him an extended comment which included the suggestion to contact you about using this forum as a venue where his listeners could meet to exchange tips, pose question...

Re: Episode intervals - scheduled or random?
Well actually you demonstrate a working grasp of that bizarre, convoluted subject (english grammar) equal to and often superior to the average American High School graduate.I know more about computers than english grammEr![]()
I nearly misspelled grammar as grammer! Duh......

Episode intervals - scheduled or random?
Have you guys decided on weekly or bi-weekly or do you just fit them in whenever time permits? Whenever is fine but it would be helpful to have some idea of how long to respond to the last episode before the next one is released. Otherwise you'll be reading some message and Gregor will of course say...

Re: Linux Void IRC
I don't see the point of making yet another linux podcast IRC channel Yeah there's a lot of them already. So what IRC channels do you guys hang out in? Or are you both too busy with school and life to bother with the "chat life"? I'm only in Freenode myself (as subgeniusd like I am everywhere on li...

Linux Void IRC
Do you guys have an IRC channel yet? I didn't see any mention on linuxvoid.com
I noticed on thelinuxlink.net there was an lvlug channel so I left a message there.
If lvlug is someone else do you plan on setting up a channel? If so show it on the web site, ok?
