Re: Ep 500

As you already know Dave Yates has joined us for a number of episodes since 500.

Chess Griffin? Hasn't he abandoned the community? He is a very busy person over there in the BSD world I believe.

Re: Biggest Loser 2013

Alright I have a database going and I just need to create some rudimentary web pages around it to enter and display the information and changing your profile information, etc. For now post here until I get this going.

Re: Dave Yates!

Dave Yates is on an extended sabbatical. Will he ever return? No one knows for sure, but it won't be anytime soon according to him. He is enjoying time with the family that he is.

Re: Run Bashpodder from a USB drive?

You can set the output directory in bashpodder so basically you plug the device in and run bashpodder it will drop the files onto the device. you don't have to run it from the device.

Re: Ep 461

the problem with this is that it is a windows app and will not run in wine. I'm trying to get it working in a VM but damn it's a pita.

Re: Run Bashpodder from a USB drive?

I do believe to get it to work you have to mount the device with exec options. By default devices are mounted with the noexec option. You would have to mount the device with exec explicitly set.

Re: Forum Behavior

Sorry about all that, I did not realize people were using this forum on a regular basis, it was quite dead for a while and I became lax in making sure things were running smoothly. I will make sure to keep up on all this going foward.
