I got the ppc live cd, and holy god ... it actually works great on the powerbook...

Minus: Airport Extreme (of course, broadcom)
3d Accell (damn you nvidia!)

MABYE bluetooth... it's nice.

I had minimal problems on my old dell 8600, heh ... but my new 12" Powerbook? heh ... ask the guys on the tech show =p

Anyways, i've heard that thinkpads are good for linux stuff, check out linux-laptop.net
