I too think that is a harsh comment. Debian has a deserved reputation for being a rock solid distro. Ubuntu has come along and is stealing the limelight in a sense. I think there is a huge frustration in the debian community with the lack of development taking place on Debian. Its hard to laugh at t...

Not sure what linux support for Neuros is like but it just goes to show how well a company can do when they dont cripple their product with DRM. It also shows what ...

Thanks for the post-back Patrick. Just went and bought an iRiver - see the other thread - and so this might have to wait now. I'm also interested in a cordless phone for Skype. Made a few calls with Skypeout too recently and the quality of these has been a little variable but in all cases manageable.

Nice one Daniel, I posted the first post - didn't realise I wasn't signed in! I'll use this thread to post back comments on the different linux tools for using it. I'm thinking of giving Jono LugRadio's Python program a go. I couldn't justify anything other than SuperSaver delivery though so I doubt...

Logitech USB Headset
Hi there, A quick question for Patrick here. Heard you talking about the headset you use for skype - I'm assuming you run this under Linux. Is it just a case of plug it in and go or was there a good amount of configuring required? The reason I ask is that on the skype site there is an orange coloure...

Yes earlier, It's difficult to listen live from the UK, it's like 2 am here, so calling in will be difficult too. Excuses, excuses! :) Hey, its a valid excuse. My GF complains about the noise of me typing in the IRC. I dread to think what she'd say If I was chatting! Thumb LeonScape ...
