I screwed it up with the echo again. Next time I'm using a real mic and CHECKING before we record. I think it's an interesting show though. You decide. Comments here, emails if you want :D

3 LV shows in a row today at work.... your voices are stuck in my head! LOL

what was the echo? i didn't notice it while driving with the road noise. but, when i stopped at a red light i heard it faintly. are you guys using headphones? if not, maybe sound from the speakers is looping back into the mics?

well, the echo wasn't that bad anyway. the sound quality of the show is improving every week.

I'm using the internal microphone on my laptop which records EVERYTHING even the faint sound of Peter that comes out of my headphones. SO next time I'm using my real mic.

Yes, that can be a bit tricky. I have recorded quite a lot with my Logitech headset, and that has come out okay.
I am not saying that your cast needs it, but Chess Griffin did an episode of Linux Reality about cleaning up the recorded sound. I couldn't seem to find it in the episode list, but if you ask Chess, I am sure he can oblige.

By the way, Gregor: When you slow down to find the exact word, you sound very much like Bruce Perens.
