You mentioned on the the show an email about a distro for an eeepc. Cruncheee does have a custom kernel but this doesn't make it a light weight distro for a netbook. Cruncheee takes over a minute to boot on my 701 while arch linux with openbox and a custom kernel (from toofishes) starts up in under 25 seconds. I like crunchbang (it's the only ubuntu I have considered using) but the extra effort of installing arch is time well spent when it comes to these little netbooks.

And I agree with you Gregor I don't like the term netbook but what else can we call them.

Those "8 guys who listen" should get their data management in check, because they managed to download 6.2 Gigs of Ogg files so far in March...
