Rumor is that Mythbuntu 9.10 will have 0.22 on it by default. I'd be pretty impressed if true.

it's been said on the Ubuntu podacst that it is included in next Ubuntu. ? can i put it on Arch myself once they get it or do I have to wait for LINHES?

Mythbuntu Karmic Alpha 5 with .22 download is here:

It doesn't play well with .21. I tried it out on my laptop. I couldn't get it to talk to my .21 backend although I didn't spend much time with it. I plan on doing a fresh install of Karmic on my backend and frontends in October or November.

The frontend and backend have to have the same version. It's a known limitation of MythTV.
