Episode 29 - HDHomerun Prime

Finally got the HDHomerun Prime yesterday. Pairing with RCN wasn't too bad. A 15 minute call got everything setup. MythTV setup took another 10-15 minutes. Seems to be running pretty well. Will talk about it in more detail on the show when we record this weekend.

My pre-order from 5/17 status has finally changed to "charged". I should be getting a shipment confirmation any minute. Hopefully the 3cc is in my possession by this weekend.

Just read your excellent review of this unit on your blog and can't wait till I can finally place an order for mine. Unfortunately, I missed out on the pre-order because of trying to contact someone at Comcast to verify what channels would be available. After calling on three separate days someone finally answered my questions as you stated in your blog, everything but premium channels would be able to be recorded. After this final confirmation call I tried to place my pre-order but was out of luck and still have not received an email notification from NewEgg on availability.
