Has anyone noticed that the new Kernel 2.6.35 has hardware acceleration support for H.264. That's pretty cool.

Thanks for posting Larry ... I must have missed it when reading about the new kernel .... I just took a look and it appears that the new commit is related to Intel G45 chipset tech only ... is this the case?

To be honest I have no idea. I was just happy to see some development on H.264. I'm sure MythTV had something to do with it. Perhaps any uber-kernel guys can lend some knowledge.
