Dann, Pat, Allen, Linc,

Have you figured out what happened with the show tonight? I gave up after the chat server went down. The forum was real slow before the show even started. Hope it wasn't hardware, I lost a cisco switch over the weekend. It just died.

This was entirely out of our control. Dan's ISP was having an outage late in the afternoon and came back up before the show. Apparently there were throttling the bandwidth and everything degraded again. Sh|t happens, we move on. We're setting up a contingency plan so that we're not locked into 1 location. In an emergency any of us should be able to stream the show and record it. Dan hosts the following:
- the Asterisk server
- this BB
- the IRC

So those are affected when his ISP has problems. I believe this is the first time he's had issues since moving.
Again we apologize for any inconvenience.

IMO, Bubba Ho-tep was not as good as the book.

No need to apologize man. Shit happens. At least the IRC was very entertaining! I have to read tht chat log if it was every posted. Some of the chat was laugh out loud funny.

At least this time it wasn't:

Dann bumping the cord out of the wall
Dann breaking a chair
Dann's cat or dog pissing on the router
Dann's gas clearing the room.....

ROFL.

What was on the podcast was good anyway guys. Great job dealing with adversity!
