Has anyone tried Firebug yet? It's pretty slick, and has quickly been added to the Web Developer Toolbar as one of my favorite Firefox extensions. It's pretty impressive. Here's a link:

Also, I think Judland mentioned Ulteo about a month ago. We didn't really get a discussion started on that. I like the central idea, that the average user shouldn't be performing administrative tasks on their machine. The average user has neither the desire nor the knowledge to do so effectively on any system.

If this project pulls of its a good idea, i guess it will work like a console like playstation where to upgrade the firmware is not difficult.

Thats an interesting fork of freebsd to make it easy to use, its not like pcBSD or desktopBSD which work together,, this project is going to have a different package system and some form of customised windows manager .
update:- wintellect , the package developer for the project would not mind being interviewed.
