local apt cache

I have been looking into this. Finding little info on debarchiver, but it seems thats a bit over the top for my needs I think.

What I want to do is simply cache all deb's that my systems on my network apt-get so as to save bandwidth.

I thought I heard mentioning apt-cache can do this, but from reading the man and I can't see it.

Info or experiences would be great.
