I traded emails with Bram last January and his response was the following:
" Sorry, I don't feel like doing this. I rather work on Vim than talk about it!"

I'll contact him again to see if he's interested.

That seems to pretty much be his attitude. I imagine if we got together a donation to Vim or his favorite charity he'd set aside a few hours, though.
