google should take all viacom related sites off their search engine results, to avoid conflict of interest until this suit is settled.

After hearing from the guy who did Revolution OS, it does sound like Google makes it practically impossible for anyone to keep their copyrighted content off the site, so I can't blame companies for going after them. I wouldn't say that Google could perfectly "police" its users, but they could certainly make some effort to block certain titles from being posted. As it is, they don't even bother trying.

Man, Viacom is so huge, I don't know that they could even make headway for quite a while. I can't imagine how many TV shows, movies, and other entertainment falls under that umbrella of theirs.

Google has ignored the little guys like J.T.S. Moore up till now. They can't ignore Viacom who has a small army lawyers (just like them).
