Insignia Sport is junk
I think Pat mentioned a new Insignia Sport on the last show. I had one, and it locked up twice in 2 months. There is no way to reset it, so it is rendered useless. Besides, it comes with a free trial to Audible.com, which has a locked format for their audiobooks.

No, it was I who mentioned it. I have had no problems with mine. Did you try taking it back and getting a refund? When it locks up, can you not just turn it off or even that, remove the battery?
A lot of players are coming with these hooks to audible and rhapsody these days. I don't use the services but I can see how they would be a turn off to some people when they are integrated into the device.

After the second time, I exchanged it for a Sony Walkman A815. It doesn't support ogg, but I like that it automounts in Gutsy. Also, it never locks up, but has a reset button just in case.
