Eben has recently taken to closing all his speeches with, "The difference is, this time, we win."
I've watched/listened to all of Eben Moglen's speeches and interviews. And while they have always had philosophy and politics in them, they have now evolved to being very political, and in my opinion very inspirational. He seems to have become unashamed and uninhibited in his appeal for Communism. It's great.
I highly recommend taking the time to watch the entire speech, but at the very least, catch the last 14 minutes starting at 57:35.

It's not allowed. Why would you ever need to boot an Apple box from a USB key? You don't need any software, except the software he gave you. Right?
Nobody has yet fully documented what everybody who isn't part of the cult understands. Which is that nobody has ever had more contempt for customers than Mr. Jobs. Nobody.

I have heard all of this vehemently objected to because Karl Marx thought it was a good idea. This is a very peculiar form of argument. Characteristic of the United States in the era of the cold war. "You cannot want this, because the guy the other fellow likes also wanted it." Right? A very peculiar strategy. One we should no longer take the slightest concern for. For which we ought to be as scornful as it deserves. We are ready now.
