The EFF has setup an easy way to contact your senators:

Probably an automated response but at least he replied:
Dear Mr. Davila:
Thank you for contacting my office regarding broadcast and audio flag
technology.
I appreciate your taking the time to bring your views on this
important matter to my attention. As a United States Senator,
it is essential that I be kept fully informed on the issues of
concern to my constituents. Be assured that I will keep your
thoughts on this issue in mind when the Senate considers this
or related issues during the 109th Congress.
Again, thank you for writing. The concerns of my constituents
are of great importance to me, and I rely on you and other
Pennsylvanians to inform me of your views. Should you have any
further questions, please do not hesitate to contact my office
or visit my website at
http://specter.senate.gov. Thank you
again for writing.
Sincerely,
Arlen Specter

I say this without looking into the matter but I could actually see Arlen Specter opposing the broadcast flag. He seems to be the only Rep. with on the clue-train.

I heard this audio clip from Sen Ted Stevens of Alaska this morning on my way to work:

All I have to say is what a moron this guy is! At first I thought this was a joke. Sadly it isn't! This is why we're all doomed.

Thanks for the link to the audio file. A few things really stood out to me.
-- Stevens sounds drunk.
-- He thinks that Deutsch Telecom is actually Douche Telecom.
-- He thinks that the internet is a series of tubes.
Scary that this guy is in the Senate, as this kind of incompetence I would expect from the House.
