The OpenOffice.org community has launched the Why OpenOffice.org http://why.openoffice.org campaing as a big recompilation of the mass adoption of OpenOffice.org through out the world.

This communication efforts proves that OpenOffice.org is gaining ground through out the world and is really a matter of time (or decision) before it reach your company or school. As companies governments and schools are jumping the boat to the FLOSS world and at the same time the proprietary world is growing their push towards suing organizations that pirate proprietary software under the BSA.

I think things will start looking good when both OpenOffice and KOffice work on Windows which shouldn't be long, especially on older Windows where Microsoft has abandoned them. OpenOffice is great but it seems a little more heavy than KOffice but maybe I just think that because I run KDE and so it is faster .
