Editing Theora files

What do people here use to edit Theora files ?? They are great quality and all, but I cant run them through Avidemux2 to removes parts I dont want. Running the lossless file first through Avidemux2 means I then have to save the file again in Lossless which results in massive space usage.
Maybe one can use a named pipe out of Avidemux2 to ffmpeg2theora.

Do either transcode or thoggen offer you any editing options? I know both will take media and encode into ogg, not sure about theora though, and am not sure at all about re-encoding. Just a suggestion of places you might look more than anything, I guess.

Never tried it, and it's still in heavy development, but can Diva do that?

If I ever get time away from working on my house, I might grab the cvs of all the gstreamer packages and try that program out.
