In a releated note:

The Ogg Vorbis feed did not work for me. I'm using Juice and it doesn't pick up #145. I've then download the show manually from a mirror fine.

I tested both feeds before I left. I just double checked them and they appear fine. Try again and let me know. Feedburner is handling the feeds.

Amarok isn't happy about it. It errors out. iTunes also errors as well.

When I try and load it in firefox, I get this error:

Code: Select all

XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </description>.
Location: file:///tmp/TheLinuxLinkTechShowMp3Feed
Line Number 25, Column 171:
Hopefully this error message helps.

Sorry, yes I mean the RSS feed.

Great show by the way. My favourite linux podcast, in fact my favourite podcast. I like the nice relaxed style and the quality guests you have.

The rss mp3 feed pulls up fine for me, using the addy my podcatcher uses, but when I try the podcatcher it pukes out an error that it doesn't seem to be a valid URL.

Yes, I found the problem, but can't fix it.. I changed the feeds on the server and then started testing only to find out that the feeds on the server are actually resolving to feedburner somehow. I guess we're stuck until Dann get's a hold of this one. I can't find the feedburner info to change it there. Hang in there folks.

The feeds should be working now, sorry about that. For some reason, on a rare occassion somehow something goes wonky with the file in that some character or whatever is missing and screws up the feed. If you look at it in vi or bluefish it's fine but something weird gets thrown in. I should have validated the feed before I left, which I usually do.
