Online Teamroom/Project Management

Anyone know of any good (preferably free ;-) Teamroom or Project
Management software that can be set up to be accessable online? Some
friends and I are working on a program together and it would be nice
to have a central location to track and discuss everything, e-mail and
IM is starting to get confusing.

You may be aware of it already, and I don't know about it's online capabilities, but as straight project management software - there's Open Workbench for Windows.

I've found it to be as (if not more) useful as M$ Project.

Got it set up at the office here and there's a lot you can do with it. Just needs the standard LAMP to run.

I believe I actually used workflow a few years ago, it was pretty nice.
