Before You Register - Read This

Due to the Increasing amount of SPAM on this board and others and the nefarious activities of companies who are hiring click monkeys to create accounts on forums to improve their search results we have implemented admin approval before you account is activated.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have a maximum of an hour turn around on approvals.
To assist us I highly recommend that you include some pertinent profile information. Stuff specifically including Linux or FOSS, maybe a link to your website. Many spammers either leave this information blank or put really off topic stuff in there like Promotion, hill climbing and travel.
Failure to provide any information leaves us suspect of the account and more likely to just delete it.
