Picking a printer
I need some help finding a good printer for my mom. The requirements are pretty simple, it has to be an HP printer so that I ca n be pretty sure that it will work in Linux and FreeBSD. I want to be able to refill individual colors, instead of using one giant cartridge. And lastly, it has to be good for both generic stuff like school essays and photos.

My sister just got the HP Photosmart 7360. She wanted a new printer for pics and just loves this one. I don't know what her experience is with B&W text, but I don't think there's a big difference in the quality of that in the mid range inkjets anymore.Tsuroerusu wrote:I need some help finding a good printer for my mom.
