Revision3, Liars and Hypocrites!

I'm sure everyone here is familiar with Revision3, the company that produces tech-related video content, started by former TechTV host Kevin Rose.
So, there was a website called "diggdown" that hosted and provided early access to Diggnation videos before they were available to non-paying members of Revision3. It turns out, Kevin's lawyers didn't like this, and threatened to sue for copyright violation. Now, the confusing part is that all of Revision3's content is "supposedly" Creative Commons licensed, which allows re-distribution and sharing. Apparently it isn't, and the CC button they have on their website is phony. (It doesn't actually link anywhere) This is just pathetic, Kevin has said he doesn't mind people "pirating" his content, and then he pulls a stunt like this.
For shame!
