This is a comment about cinellera, many people think that this is a very complicated video editor but if you ever get off that mindstate and want to learn it for real I suggest you visit the guys at the IRC channel.

i had a play with it a while ago, it looked fully featured, ive seen you can do really advanced rendering and special effects.
Its a shame the community dismiss it because of too many options or the perception the ui is cluttered.

The same goes for audour, once you get over the "shock" at seeing it , its proberly not that hard to use.

This has to do more with the aparent lack of support. However support can be builted over support.... so the first thing to do is join that channel and the mailing list. And then re-publish for the other to learn. Specially if you do it on other media like a podcast, a slidecast or a video cast on youtube.

Small tutorials like how to allocate media, how to distribute the media etc.

Personally I enjoyed the source show when they did the small tutorial on cinelerra even though they just explained the interface really.

But there is nothing real hard to use 'recordmydesktop' and upload a video on youtube of you explaining how to do A.B, or C in that.
