Wales needs your help!

Listening to the radio today on the way to work, I find out that if anyone in Wales puts a proposal forward to the Welsh Assembly Government (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_A ... _for_Wales) and it is backed by at least 10 people then they have to put it forward and have a meeting about it.
As far as I would guess, it's probably 10 people from Wales need to back you so that is one problem I face. Finding 10 Welsh Linux users (well, 9 actually, as I could probably count on Cox's support!) could pose an issue.
The second problem is coming up with a good argument. I propose the use of Linux in all Welsh Government establishments, schools and the NHS. I'm am now on the look out for as much information on the use and success (and lack of success as I don't want to be sounding biased) of Linux and Open Source software if these fields from any country in the World. I'm after information from anyone, from a small doctors sugery in the middle of nowhere to the the massive 1000+ user high-rise office so please send it in!
