This is total crap. They care more about file sharing than affordable tuition and safety on campus. I love the part where they want to force universities to sign up for pay music services. I bet no lawmakers were sent loads to cash and future votes to sponsor that legislation.

Let the schools decide how to inform the student body of the risks and punish those that they feel are guilty of breaking any laws. This is just one more thing that the government is wasting its time on instead of (insert more important issue here).

How completely ridiculous. Colleges are bad enough with their current "in loco parentis" attitudes, there should be less of this crap, not more of it. Unbelievable...
