Can't make out the name of program from last night's show

At 11:24 of show 220 ogg the guest says...

If it's something longer that doesn't require so much the wizbang I still use (sounds like clizine) because it's lighter and faster.

Does anybody know what program he's saying there?

Hey, thanks for letting me know the name and giving the link. I'm gonna try it out too. But, it looks like development of the project stopped in 2004.
