M$ can't even get the SP1 of Vista right

I think it's safe to say that Microsoft has moved out of the "innovation" phase of the project lifecycle of the Windows platform.

No no, the sheer amount of problems they continue to have with Vista in general is pure innovation (Of course, patent pending!)
