Hahaha, BARFS, you bow down before me

My long, hard battle against BARFs has sadly ended. I no longer care for I have a BARF elimination tool in my arsenal. Yes, I have modified my version of bashpodder to provide a limiter to how many files should be pulled down from a feed. I invite you to check it out and give me feedback.
