Weird forum error causing my post not to display

If you go to the following thread

you won't see a post I made near the end of the thread, after mikeschoon's post at the bottom of the page, and before Pat's post at the top of the page 2.

But if while you're on page 1 of the thread you change the dropdown box at the bottom from Ascending to Descending and click Go, then you will see my missing post second from the top.

I don't think a lot of the LugRadio audience is going to be happy with TLLTS unless the guys start doing British accents. So start practicing. I don't have much hope for Pat though. It's going to take a lot to cover up that Brooklyn accent.

This is the first time I noticed one of my post's going missing in the normal display. Maybe it has something to do with it being posted right at a page break. I'm hoping this isn't also causing lots of other posts at page jumps not to be displayed. Anyway, just wanted to report the bug.

Edit: I just noticed that not only did my post go missing. Tsuroerusu and Snarkout also made posts after mikeschoon's at the bottom of page 1 that also don't show up in the thread unless you change it to Descending.

We noticed the issue this morning and we're investigating it. Dann upgraded the forum yesterday. Possible bug in the new version? Thanks for the heads up.

Ahh, the upgrade can definitely cause this kind of problem. A quick rebuild of the post table index in the admin panel should fix the missing posts.

I've done about all I can with regards to the admin panel and I did not receive any errors when upgrading. I am wondering if the problem is limited to that thread or not. Hmmmm.... I'll keep an eye on this.

I thought I had posted to that thread as well, in reply to the same post, but whatevered it assuming I had forgotten to hit submit.
