thin clients for mythweb?

Pat mentioned an interesting idea about using thin clients with mythtv via mythweb. Anyone try any other generic thin clients to do this? Might be a inexpensive way for schools to have audio/visual services without having to secure expensive computer equipment in rooms where a computer is not really needed.. and it could always double as an ltsp client, when a computer is needed.
