The whole fucking point of using a touchscreen and INTUITIVE gestures is that its SUPPOSED to be OBVIOUS. If Apple wants to patent something that doesn't pass the non-obvious test why don't they develop a device that responds to gestures like having to place your left ass cheek on the screen and rotate it in a counter clockwise direction to scroll down one page?

Fuck Apple. Fuck patents. And fuck the US Patent Office.

You know, we humans secrete oil from our skin. Do we really want to slime up our screens with finger prints and smudges? I don't want my computer screen to look like kids have been using it. For me, having this warm laptop in my lap and using the touchpad seems to make my fingers secrete even more oil. I wonder what a touch screen would do, .
