Take an old socket 370 motherboard with a low power cyrix compatable cpu (which will run virtually fanless) and a dc-dc power supply and you have a portable server. and or computer. plug in a video card with s-video out you can have video to any portable tv with composite in. Boot via usb or compact flashwith your favorite linux distro. You can do this a lot cheaper than those development boards.
