That's great, I have not heard it yet, at some point I will .
Its interesting to watch the development of Creative commons material and see where it goes .
There are novels and films too . I cannot see just yet this becoming too pervasive mainly because directors, actresses and actors , screen play writer and so on must earn money to survive. Having said that , the state does in england and other european countries support a lot of media such as soaps , news , documentaries and other things.

Look at the success of authors releasing their books as audio podcasts. Mur Lafferty's book "Playing for Keeps" hit number 14 on Amazon when it was released in print. It's been available for free in PDF and as a podcast for a while. This is just the latest in a series of successes. Scott Sigler and JC Hutchins had similar success when their free books went to print.
There's no reason this can't translate to moves, music and other media. The truth is it has to. The old forms of distribution have too much competition from people willing to distribute content for free.
People may need to make money to survive, but releasing content for free doesn't keep people from making money.

Severed Fifth's debut album is finally released. Eight tracks of pounding metal, grinding guitars and machine-gun double bass drumming, sealed with a ripping vocal performance. The album was written, performed, recorded and produced entirely by Jono Bacon.
I think it's time for Dann to record an album full of pop ballads.
Time to show those LugRadio blokes who has the real talent!

Wow, that reminds me. I totally had a chance to sing Ronnie James Dio songs with Dann 2 weeks ago at Barley's and missed it. Oh well... there's always next year.
