Smart lawyer says RIAA unconstitutional

Basically, a professor at Harvard's law school is arguing that the laws the RIAA is using to back up their tactics are unconstitutional. One point is that if songs are worth $.99 on iTunes, how can they fine people hundreds of dollars.
