Portable voice recorder under $75

I'm curious is anyone has suggestions for a portable voice recorder that will encode to mp3 and is decent quality for capturing singing. (No this is not for me to produce a greatest hits album, I was asked by a co-worker.)

I don't know of any that cheap. But, not too long ago I bought a Zoom H2, they now go for around $150. I used it to record a Karaoke party, and the sound was great.
