Wow! I read that as being really bad. The way I take that, is that Ballmer is acknowledging that the entire tech industry has just been reset to a completely lower level. I think he's right. I think we will see massive Microsoft layoffs very soon. The rumors of that have been floating for the last week or two. I think they're true."This is not a downturn. This is a reset."
