Just because it looks like the FIC FreeRunner doesn't make it an OpenMoko phone or even a clone. OpenMoko (according to what I've heard during the FLOSS Weekly interview with the OpenMoko team) is more of an open platform where the hardware is all openly documented and the phone's OS uses the Linux kernel. FIC provided them with the hardware and they built the OS for it using the vanilla Linux kernel. Also remember that FIC is an OEM manufacturer, so they Samsung could be using their design with a proprietary embedded OS. Not an OpenMoko.
