Wiki With Nice Printing Options

I'm hoping the community can help me out. I'm looking for a wiki or perhaps even blog software that can help me replace my current editing habits.

In my job I produce a lot of documents. Currently, I use OpenOffice to make all of the pretty documents that I need to print out. I use vim to write everything that I simply use for myself. I really prefer vim as my writing tool, but with vim I loose out on formatting options to make pretty print outs. Also I would like to have a content management system of sorts so that I can do quick searches of my documents to bring them up quickly and then have the option to print one out when needed with pretty formatting.

I thought that if I could find a wiki or blog software that has an option to print without extra wide margins or by adding information about the webpage to the printout that I could have the best of both worlds. Write in vim / publish and print from wiki with formatting. I'm willing to write in such a way that I add simple formatting in the format of something like "Markdown" or "Asciidoc", but I'm not interested in learning all of the tex conventions for my simple needs. I like the idea of a wiki or blog software because then I could publish all of my documents easily as well to our website for anyone to search or print.

So any ideas???
A wiki or blog that:
- uses a simply plain text formatting codes like Markdown or Asciidoc
- prints a clean copy with user set margins and font size
- articles could be written first in vim and simply copied when on line again
- BONUS: easy way to add simple text documents to the wiki or blog database

Thanks for your help.
