Cowon S9

I have had two cowon media players and think they are great. The ones I have had are just plug and play with linux. Well I had my D2 in my pocket and it fell out and I ran over it with my bike tire. It is trash.

Does anyone have any experience with the S9? It is the latest and greatest. Does it work as well as the rest of the line? just plug it in and copy your files over? I am thinking of spending birthday money and would like to know a little about it first.

I highly recommend the Cowon S9. Got it the first day the 32GB was released and I love it. Light as all hell, screen is beautiful, plays with Linux as well as all Cowon players, bluetooth works great. Only thing I've had a problem with is the protective glass cracked. The glass is supposed to be very sturdy though so I emailed Cowon and hopefully I just got a defective one. I have only found two other people on the iaudiophile forums with the same issue so it seems pretty isolated and despite that I do think it's a great player.
