The Droid is available tomorrow for $199 w/2 yr contract. The Eris (another HTC Android phone) will also be available from Verizon for $99 w/2 yr contract. Gonna check them out in person during my lunch break.

That phone looks nice, it's cool that you can replace the battery and customize the look and it has a keyboard and all that other cool stuff. iPhones are iStupid. And a big waste of iMoney.

Those plans are pretty nice. Very competitive with AT&T/Apple IMO.

I have one of these and I absolutely love it. I am going coming from a windows mobile 6.1 phone, so for me it is awesome. I cannot believe how much PC World and CNET have declared an all out slander war against it. Dont listen to them - if you are coming up on your end of contract get it - the Verizon 3G network lightning fast, I'm not seeing any problems with the camera that people see, (My windows was 1.3 MP!).
