Neuros Link VS Nvidia Ion box

I am in the market for one of these. Maybe Pat, Link, and Joel (or anyone else) could give me some advice. This is what I want to do:
View internet video content,
Stream from my media server,
Occasionally record a show.

I have a Popcorn Hour and I love it. But I want to do more (obviously). Could the Neuros Link handle a USB NTSC capture card and stream recorded videos to an NFS share? The reason I am leaning towards the Link is because of the easy to use interface, plus it comes already configured. What do you guys (or anyone else with an opinion) think? Thanks,
