CentOS: lost iptables rules

Hi all!
I know there are a few people here that use CentOS professionally so here it goes:
Has anybody had their /etc/sysconfig/iptables.save rewritten by system-config-securitylevel but without running system-config-securitylevel ?
This just happened today on one my servers.
Currently the /etc/sysconfig/iptables.save holds this:
Anyone knows how this could have happened?
