I knew about the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, but then Linc mentioned a "Bulldog USB Computer". Anybody have a link for that?

There was also some talk about distros on a USB pendrive. There have been some distros that have done this for a long time. Ubuntu was mentioned, but I believe that is one a 1 gig, and perhaps there are some better options out there.

Puppy Linux has a USB version.
Puppy Linux has been really growing in popularity. It has a nice selection of programs, yet keeps things small and fast. Also I heard that Puppy has a USB version that you can also make a floppy that boots freedos and some other program letting you boot from USB even on an old computer with no USB boot options.

Damn Small Linux has a USB and has been doing it for a long time.

Feather Linux has a USB version too.

I'm kind of disappointed that few bios let you boot from USB. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but being able to boot from USB would make using linux on other machines even easier. Not to mention Full Linux Distro in USB connected hard drive, or perhaps 3-4 different distros to choose from on one hard drive depending on the speed and features of the computer.

Are there any good Linux devices that could replace my old 3.5 B/W Palm Pilot for under $200?
(Syncing the calendar with my Linux desktop would be nice, and possible hooking up of keyboard even better.)
