CLI multimedia players

I'm looking for some good multimedia players that dont require X. I've got mpg321 installed on my GameCube, but I'd like to get some video files, and Ogg/FLAC playback working. Any suggestions?

Mplayer should work. It supports svgalib and framebuffer.

for OGG on the commandline you could use ogg123. Not sure about FLAC, you could use the flac command to decode it the use oggenc to encode it and then play it. If you don't need to use the CLI use beep-media-player or amarok.
