I finally had time and sat down and put arch linux on my laptop. (dual boot with XP still have morons at work who web develop on unix hosts and put windows internet explorer pages on these boxes along with windows only media files - errgggh! )

I have to say it is really nice - I still have some learning to do like get apache2 - zope plone kdm gui login manager pcmcia wireless etc and along with how to provide services - but it seems really fast and clean. and I already have a functional working desktop. nice!!

Judland and Dan Dennedy were the people who initially recommended Arch to us. Next week we're talking to Arch founder Judd Vinet. Should be a good interview.
