Stupid noob question for mp3blaster

Post by Wally Balljacker » Wed Feb 08, 2006 3:54 am

How the hell do I make a playlist go continuously without having to play each song individually? I'm really digging mp3blaster, but this little quirk is bugging me. I'll go and load a directory full of MP3s, and after each song finishes, it stops playing.

I think thats a bug/feature that happens when you try to add a file to the playlist which mp3blaster cannot handle. So if you go to a directory contain not only mp3/ogg's but also, say, wmv's, and you add the entire contents of your directory to your playlist, you get this bug.

Solution:
Press F1 to add files to playlist
Go to a directory with your music files
Press S for 'Add some files'. Yes, S needs to be capital.
Enter *.mp3 (or *.ogg)
Press F1 again to add

have fun

It happens even when the directory contains all MP3s or Oggs. Another strange thing is, if I press F1, GNOME's Yelp program opens up.
