I guess, while for most people this would seem disgusting; you have to respect cultures that make a point of using the entire animal. I suspect, though, that you would find such parts in the makeup of hot dogs and similar products.

The repressed US culture is probably not open to munching down on animal genitalia. But when you get down to it, it's really no different than eating any other part of the animal. It's all flesh, fat and muscle.
