Women can lift it men can not

I was taking out the recycling to the car when I was reminded of something I learned many moons ago but cannot quite recall. It was something along the lines that because of a slight difference in bone structure between men and women that in a certain position (I thought it was bent over with your head against a wall) a woman can lift an object (i.e.; chair) but a man cannot. I am having a heck of a time finding anything about this. Anyone out there recall ever hearing something along these lines?

I think this is what you're looking for:

You place one set of toes against the wall, then place your other set of toes against the heel of the foot against the wall, then remove the foot against the wall and place those toes against the heel of the non-wall foot. Set both feet together have an assistant place the chair between you and the wall, bend over and place your head against the wall, reach down and pick up the chair, then attempt to straighten up. In our family it worked for all five of us the three females could straighten up and the two males could not.
I do remember trying this. I believe the idea was that the woman's hips and center of gravity are different, allowing them to keep their balance and not fall over. That and men's feet typically being slightly bigger.
